The seller
The seller is Ellen O’Brien, trading as Profe Ellen, Capel Place, Edward Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry, V92 PW20, Ireland.

Price and delivery
La Música, Los deportes and La Musique cost €5 each, including applicable taxes. Prices are in euro. The Payhip checkout shows the total before you pay. These are digital PDF downloads; no physical item will be posted.
Your contract is with Ellen O’Brien, trading as Profe Ellen. Payhip provides checkout, order emails and download delivery; Stripe processes payments. After successful payment, Payhip provides a download page and emails a download link. Check your email address before paying and contact Ellen if your files do not arrive.
You need an internet connection to download and a PDF reader to open the booklets. You can print the pages for your own classes. Product pages describe page counts, suitability, contents and any external music or research access needed. Audio files, editable originals and separate answer keys are not included unless expressly stated.
Cancellation, problems and refunds
If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. Digital delivery alone does not remove that right. Profe Ellen does not rely on a waiver of your statutory cancellation right at launch. This does not create an additional money-back guarantee or limit any longer period that applies by law.
To cancel, send a clear statement to [email protected] or write to Ellen at the address above before the cancellation deadline. Include your name, order date and order reference if available. You can also telephone using the contact number above. You do not have to use a particular form.
Optional cancellation wording: “To Ellen O’Brien, Profe Ellen, Capel Place, Edward Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry, V92 PW20, Ireland; [email protected]. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital resource(s): [resource names]. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference, if available]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”
For a valid statutory cancellation, payments will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. After cancellation, stop using the resource and delete your copies.
If a file is missing, faulty or not as described, contact Ellen with your order reference and a description of the problem. Ellen will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include supplying or correcting the file, a price reduction or a refund. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation and are not restricted to 14 days.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Consumer rights depend on the purpose of your purchase; buying for a business or school may be treated differently. Irish law applies without removing mandatory protections that apply where a consumer lives. No particular learning outcome is guaranteed.
Classroom use
Each purchase is intended for one teacher and their own classes. Read the classroom licence. Department-wide sharing and resale are not included.
